          All Remus ever wanted in life was to actually have a normal one. Remus not only hated everything about his life but also everything about himself. This was until he met The Marauders. This year is his 6th year at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. But things haven't really been going so well. First of all two days before the start of term Remus experienced one of the worst full moons he had ever been through. And secondly he has so many new scars from that moon that it would honestly be really difficult to fade into the background like he wants to. Will this year turn out better or will things only get worse from here.....

This story is based on JK Rowling's characters from the series Harry Potter. I have done my best to be accurate with both timelines and character portrayals, but of course there will be some changes since this is an alternate universe with some original characters inserted, plus, there is only so much written about the marauder's era. The story takes place in the year 1976, the boys are all in their sixth year, and tensions are high at Hogwarts. Many of the students are already feeling the influence of the Voldemort, and it is causing suspicion and division to run rampant within the walls of the school. Sirius finds himself intrigued by a Slytherin girl he'd never taken the time to notice before, and a student transfer from Ilvermorny has caught the eye of Remus. Of course James is still battling for Lilly's attention, hoping to prove how much he's matured over the summer months. Undeniable attraction pulls these students together, but house division, many secrets, and a Dark Lord's growing influence threatens to tear them apart. Will they find a way to conquer their differences and pull together to face the coming war, or will the bonds of friendship fail the Marauders once and for all? Please comment! Sirius has already been kicked out. Also I'm going to say he's Bi (he just doesn't know it yet). There's not a ton of Peter in this mainly because I don't like him and it's my story soo. ***Abuse, self harm, homophobia, depression, and death, are all talked about so far warning. Also there may be sex scenes but I'll try to remember and put a warning up before hand so you can skip if want** I'm going to go into their life after Hogwarts and during the war hopefully but we'll see how far I get haha.
