"Do you believe in soulmates?"
"Yes." For a moment, Richie looked like he was going to say more. Then he glanced down at Eddie again, cracking a grin. "Mine is Mrs. K."
"Beep beep." But Eddie smiled anyway, giving in and digging his hand into the bowl of popcorn. How was he supposed to resist it? He may have complained about getting Richie sick, but skipping dinner had made him ravenous. He couldn't believe he was eating this popcorn. He couldn't believe he had snuck out past curfew. He couldn't believe he was sitting here, next to his best friend. Watching a horror movie, of all things. How could he voice his gratitude to Richie for letting him come over?
"Richie."
"Yeah, Eds?"
"Your fat ass is hogging the blanket."

Richie Tozier has been in love with his best friend since he was ten years old. As the years progress, he feels no different. He likes to pretend he doesn't care, but Richie would do anything for him. Alternatively, Eddie Kaspbrak is one oblivious boy- but he isn't oblivious enough to ignore the fuzzy feelings in his chest when he bumps hands with Richie, and he may be interested in looking into it a little more.

Side notes: Will include angst, fluff, pining, and heavy swearing. Will NOT include smut! Aiming for 4k - 6k words a chapter. Plot has not been fully mapped out. Was originally on @weavability and has now moved. Updates every Saturday.

COMPLETED! Henry continued to stare at the rocks on the ground as I turned around and began to storm away. After crossing the creek, just as I was about to make my way up the small hill, his shaky voice rang out. "Wait!" He called, and I stopped in my tracks. "Could you..." I could tell he was reluctant, "Stay... P-please?" His voice broke and I could practically hear the sobs come back. I knew that was a sentence Henry had most likely never said before in his whole life, and how could I ever walk away from that? - This story corresponds with the 2017 IT movie, so parts will be different and changed from the original book and 90s movie. - WARNING! I was 14/15 when I wrote this so it's kinda bad and I totally messed the timeline up.Complete

Mary Henderson had never forgotten that first time the upside down hit Hawkins, Indiana. With her brother and his friends right in the middle of it. The day they thought it was all over was the day that Mary swore to protect her brother no matter what happened in the small town of Hawkins. Now, come Halloween time, everything was changing again. Billy Hargrove didn't really care for anyone but himself. He'd moved all the way from California to what he would call a "shit hole" in Indiana. He didn't know about the upside down in any way whatsoever. He didn't intend to find out either. When he met Mary, he acted the same way he always did to a girl his age. He flirted as much as he possibly could. In doing so, he strayed farther from winning over the older Henderson. But something changed one night. But did it change for the better or worse? *complete* *** In which two boys fall madlessly in love by accident *** "You really are a piece of work Harrington, you know that?" The metal-head shut his book and rolled over onto his back. "Thanks... I think..." Steve rolled over too. "That's a compliment, by the way. I've never met anyone like you before. So, carefree and chill." They looked up at the stick on stars on Steve's ceiling, both grinning. "I thought you weren't into me?" Steve teased. "I ain't, I've just never met anyone who's popular, hot and... nice." Eddie sighed. "So you do think I'm hot!" Steve gasped. "No! I'm just saying you're objectively attractive!" Eddie argued, laughing. *** Steve And Eddie weren't enemies, but they weren't exactly friends either. They were exact opposites. Steve was rich, with a big happy family. Eddie lived in a trailer with his uncle. Steve was popular. Eddie was the town freak. Steve was straight. Eddie was a (not so) closted gay. Under normal circumstances, the two would have never even interacted other than when socially required, but when they get dared into a game of Chicken Shit, and are forced to spend time together, they realize they may be falling for each other. You can't catch cancer, Ma.' 'Of course you can, Eddie. You can catch anything if you arent careful enough. Promise me you'll always be careful.' 'Okay, Ma. I promise.' "I've realized that..." he started, then took a shaky breath. "Earlier today, when Stanley pulled you aside... seeing you two so close and secretive, I hated it." The words tumbled out in a rush. "I don't like how others make you smile..." He trailed off, looking horrified that he'd actually said it. My heart did a crazy, hopeful flip in my chest. "Eddie Kaspbrak," I said, a slow smile spreading across my face. "Are you admitting you're jealous?" He stared at me, wide-eyed, caught. Then, to my astonishment, he didn't deny it or make a joke. He just nodded, a single, jerky motion. "Yes, I am," he whispered, his voice gaining a sliver of courage. "Because I like you." I was literally gaping at him. All the air seemed to have left my lungs. I had built up so many walls, convinced myself it was a hopeless crush, that his actual confession left me utterly speechless. Eddie, seeing my stunned silence, took both of my hands in his. They were trembling slightly. He looked directly into my eyes, and his were filled with so much raw, vulnerable emotion it made my chest ache. *~π~* "In a world that taught her how to break and him how to fear, they found in each other the pieces to become whole and the courage to be brave."
