The Strawhats are on a path for the city of Love and Passion, Dressrosa, a kingdom controlled by one of the Seven Worldlords, Don-Quixote Dolflamingo, with them is another worldlord, Trafalgar Law, who helped the Strawhat's captain Monkey D. Luffy or Strawhat Luffy, at the War of The Best two years ago. Luffy heard from Jimbe that Law saved his life after the war, but Law and his crew left before Luffy could even thank the doctor for his help, so Luffy asked Raleigh for a favor, Luffy decided to write a song for Law to thank him for all that he did. But Raleigh questioned Luffy's actions because he didn't know that Luffy could play music before, he wondered what type of song Luffy was thinking of playing to Law in the first place. Until he heard the boy sing a song with ease and perfection that could match any famous rock star in the world. And Luffy was hiding the truth about his family, specifically his mother and who she was truly.
