Newt sighed, slumping back in his chair. With a hint of accent in his words, he said out loud,"School is hell." He closed his eyes, sealing away the light from the lamp beside him on the table and newly rising sun.

Newt slammed his locker shut as he shoved books into his backpack. Someone pushed him softly as they said,"first day, Newt. Ready for hell?" Newt smiled knowing who's voice that belonged to. He looked towards the person as he said, "You're such a shank Alby." They walked away from his locker and towards their first period.
They were almost there when he bumped into someone. "Watch where you're going greenie!" Newt had said with his accent becoming more clear with each word. "Why don't you watch you're going? And what did you call me?!" A feminine voice said.
