H e a t h e r (Daichi Sawamura x reader)

Y/n is best friends with Noya and Tanaka. They've been friends since middle school. Y/n used to play volleyball but quit after being discouraged. Instead, she would watch Noya and Tanaka practice after school. She was friends with the third years, though they haven't seen each other for quite some time after Y/n stopped paying them a visit anymore. One day, Noya and Tanaka invite her again to watch them practice and she meets with some familiar faces. Her reconnection with the third years rekindled a fire within her-what she doesn't know is that one of them carries that same flame. When Y/n sees Daichi with Michimiya, will that flame die out or would it grow to consume her whole being?

EDIT: I have made changes to the book, but nothing too major. I tried to still follow the original storyline while redirecting it to a better ending I thought the two MC's should have.
