Maeve, was a quite unique girl. Whoever witnessed her smile or laugh was instantly intoxicated by her presence, and thats what happened to a particular twin who's eyes had been roaming the Great Hall when he laid his sight on a particular Hufflepuff.
She grew up learning from a young age that she was a witch. Her parents surrounded her with magic and Magical Creatures. Her grandfather left her dad his studies and animals. Her first pet was a Puffskein, not your average household pet for most, but for her it was just perfect. Except when it stuck its tongue up her nose when she was napping. But none the less, she grew up happy and surrounded with love and magic.
She knows that her last name is kind of out there, people stop her parents all the time saying that they respected her grandfather and his findings. She's read his book a bunch of times, but she didn't understand why he was so popular. He was just her nutty gramps who loved the magical beast. But I guess, because he showed the world the amazing finds we have in our world living with us, she could admit he was pretty cool.
She just hoped that she could change the Wizarding World with just as much love for the history of her world and who was in it.

This story is no longer updating due to loss of motivation and lack of interest (on the authors side). This is my first ever piece of public work (fanfiction) and I'm so glad it met the right audience. I am as of currently, working on a rewrite that is way more thorough and planned out. I would also like to acknowledge that I was not very inclusive in a few of the chapters with my hair style choices or other characteristics. If it is a "x reader" fanfiction anyone should be able to read it without feeling excluded, ignored, etc. I hope to be much more inclusive in the rewrite with not only the main character but the side characters as well.
