Felix lives in one of the better districts in Seoul, going to a decent college. its been about a hundred years since ghouls had existed, and still they were treated like monsters. Felix didn't mind ghouls much, he was human, and had never met a ghoul.
Chris lived in district 9 his whole life. He ran the coffee shop near the college, thus seeing Felix almost every day. He was a ghoul, this cafe made for ghouls, a safe haven.
One day, there was an attack of a young boy by a ghoul on the news, who somehow managed to live the encounter, and got a transplant from the random woman with him. Chris knew, he knew it was Felix.
