The Unnamed Vigilante (Vigilante Izuku)

Izuku's been bullied ever since he's been told he was Quirkless. Told he would never be able to become a hero. So, he learned to make his own support items and programming, and excelled in it. And now, why need to go through training, dealing with others when you can just become a vigilante?

This book includes Kiribaku and Erasermic, though no ship with Izuku cause I want the book to be mostly focused on Izuku being a vigilante.
