The Adventure Kids travel back in time to a remote town in Alaska called Nome, in the winter of 1925. There they meet two husky dogs named Balto and Togo, along with their many colorful friends. The gang soon learns that the town has been overtaken by a deadly diphtheria epidemic which threatens the children living there. But with the medicine located hundreds of miles away and a major blizzard moving in, the brave sled dogs and their mushers risk life and limb to travel across the frozen wilderness and deliver the life-saving serum in a desperate race against time. Against all odds, the Adventure Kids help Balto and Togo overcome the impossible, as they discover the true tale of two of America's greatest four-legged heroes. Their story became a legend, their journey is one you'll never forget.
