Death. It's inevitable isn't it? Well. I guess that true if you died of something like old age, or I don't know... a disease. But no, thats not how I died.
No one will ever know the story of poor little Maeve and her death. No one; except you.
You have the cruel pleasure of knowing what happened. It was all pretty fast, but to understand ill have to go back a litttle.

Hell Hall
High School. A virtual hell to every pimple covered, greasy haired, knowledge loving kid who walks the halls of the institution. Only a very proud few manage to rise among the ranks to become "the cool kids," snagging the lucky fate of living the best years of their lives up through the twelfth grade. We'll just not tell them what happens after they graduate. In ten years, when the kid the football team swirlied is their boss, they'll realize that it probably would have been better to not be cool when they were teens. But that doesn't matter now. Why you ask? I'll tell you. My name is Bridge, which isn't short for Bridgette, if you were wondering. My parents were assholes when they were younger, I guess. It could have been worse; at least I'm not a piece of fruit or an airline. Unique names can kiss my little undead butt. Oh yeah, that. I'm also dead. Thirty One Days
As a way to better myself as a writer I've decided to challenge myself this October. This book will begin on October 1st and end of October 31st. Everyday I will push myself to write and publish a chapter. I honestly do not know where this book is going, what will happen, or how it will end. But that is a journey we can take together! Since this is the month of October there will be a spooky, Halloween spirit, twist to this story. This challenge was inspired by a friend of mine, who wants to better herself as an artist, participating in Gore-tober. "It's like . . . you know how at the end of summer camp or college everyone packs all their stuff up and drives off before you so they can go home and reunite with family, and the whole camp is empty and you're standing in the middle of your vacant dorm because your ride isn't here yet?" ". . . Yeah?" "It's like that. Immortality is being left behind at camp alone, and you don't know why." She couldn't remember her name. Didn't really matter, plenty of substitutes available. They almost numbered the amount of years she'd been in this world. Luckily for her, there was one reason she was still here, and as soon as she figured out what the hell it was she could fix it and move on. He remembered her. And what she looked like, how she took her coffee, everything. He couldn't get her out of his head. She was his muse, a glimpse into the impossible where he may finally have something to write about. But what happens when inspiration turns into love, especially with someone who is unable to reciprocate it? Does tragedy or intimacy await them? What is destiny, really?

I lost everything in a matter of moments. The memories of the crash are all that kept me going; I had to for everyone that lost their life that day. The guilt that I had to live with was terrible.
