Well, I should probably start with, 'Don't freak out', or maybe even, 'This is not going to be pleasant', but I feel that that doesn't quite cover it. So I'm going to start like this. I feel bad about sharing this with you. I've never shared it with anyone before, so forgive me if it isn't smooth. Also, please, please believe me, because my story is a little unbelievable.
