Kol and Ophelia are desperate to escape their families. Desperate to find their missing piece. So at the first sight of freedom they leave the chaos that is Mystic Falls against the wishes of his brother, neither of them willing to risk their lives for a cure that neither of them want. They run to a small town in California that's supposed to be just a little bit of fun but apparently someone out there hates them and they're thrown into a whole other problem. But at the same time something there calls to them and neither are leaving without finding it.All Rights Reserved

Which causing him to lead to the idea of seeking into the window of Carl's room which has become a norm to him.

They were deemed so dangerous, that they were hunted by a different species: angels. Vampires and angles had been at war for centuries, with the heavenly-like creatures winning every battle. But it was important to keep the two species separate, as angel blood was the cure to any vampire becoming human again, keeping in mind that once bitten by a vampire, for an angel it was sudden death. However in this day and age, vampires walked freely amongst the city. After all, they needed humans to feed and in order to do that, they had to blend in. The war between vampires and angels had to be kept secret from human kind, and the species had to stay apart. But for one vampire and one angel, it was hard to stay apart, because sometimes you can't help falling in love. COMPLETED.
