Alec Donavan has suffered much in life. Diagnosed with cancer at the age of 3, he's lived mostly in and out of a doctors room ever since.

Never allowed to live like the others. Alec found comfort in reading. Spending most of his time day dreaming about finally beating his illness, and being able to explore the world.

But life is never as kind as in the movies. People die.

Alec, after fighting his battle for 16 years; died of complications during a surgery that was supposed to prolong his life.

Those who loved him, cried. Those who felt the financial burden, felt guilt for being relieved of the burden. But mostly, Alec felt regret.

His life never what he wanted. Too sick to do the things he always wanted. There was much he regretted.

But unbeknownst to Alec. A being of power, in an act of random chance. Choose Alecs soul. Filled with regret, to be his new form of entertainment.

As such. Alec was taken from the world of tormented souls, and sent to a world of endless possibilities. A world known as Eden.
