He's quirkless but Kayaba thought it was a great idea to bestow power like the god of anime he is and gave Izuku all his previous Sao stats, Yui is somehow there too. Idk, bout make something up about. But real summary or whatever is below.
Izuku had a... difficult childhood, his sister who was blessed with everything turned on him, his family abandoned him, he needed an escape. He took his parents card to get the Nervegear. He logged in one day and News flash! He's now trapped in a game for two years. But due to plot and conveniently placed timeskips he is now awake, determined to find his wife and somehow his daughter magically appeared in front of him (All hail Kayaba). Oh and he selected his pro gamer loadout so he is OP to the max. His family tries to get rid of him but he just leaves anyway. OOOH and Asuna Yuuki apparently has a very powerful ice quirk... Cause Yuki - Yuuki? No ok. (Gee, their from a rich family and she has an ice quirk I sure don't hope an abusive flaming buttox comes and ruins Izuku's day.)

They helped them out and then they left, but a note was there on a stick making the Hero to wonder who they are. They went to a 'boss' since he's an animal as they looked at the note the next day and found the person, but not in a good position as they're being hired out as both a killer and a kidnapper. It's making the Hero to head there as saw children being looked after with the clients hugging them as the children don't looked scare of them. What is going on and why is the same kid applying to get into U.A? What's going on and why on earth are they hiding out at the old Yakuza base with two children calling them mama? UA's Civil War - An undying will and determination

If your ok with just rolling along with some holes and flaws in your understanding of why the book is like this then go ahead and read the book, if your ok with just going with the flow. Nezu knows that there's something stange about Izuku Midoriya, he knows it and his instincts scream it. But he can't prove it... but of course he has a plan to solve that problem. All it took was accidentally getting the attention of Principal Nezu, the smartest creature in the world. Now Izuku is stuck in a UA Civil War, fighting 39 hero course students to win himself a favor from the principal and a spot for Shinso in the hero course. A 2 vs 39 war, who will win? Pray for our favourite Green Boi as he tries to win the game while also hiding what he's capable of from Nezu, his friends and his teachers. The long holidays are apon class A1 and the rest of UA's participants. They've come to he end of their first year of UA and their preparing for a long break, however of course our favourite Izuku Midoriya does not have the best of luck, or does he...? Of course his mother is send on a two month work trip right during the holidays, of course he was expecting to spend the holidays at Kacchan's house, of course instead he's going to be stuck at UA with the company of all his teachers and a rat satan he's been cautious of, wait...... maybe the holidays won't go as he was expecting them to. But one things for sure, if he is going to be spending the entire holidays at school he's going to make the most of it he can.
