Sydney has just graduated from Harvard with a business degree at the top of her class. Nearly everyone she knows believes she's capable of getting a job at the best company in America that happens to be run by one of the most attractive CEOs in America Mr Russo.

Sydney find herself in doubt as she believes there are others with more experience who should get the job as they've been in the business for years. Sydney however, takes a risk and applies for a job at Russo Co knowing that thousands of other will have applied. What will happen when she is given the job and Mr Russo takes an interest in the young woman he's hired. Will it end well or will it end it heartbreak. Either way there will be tears and fights along the way, what else would be expected when you put two hot headed people together.
