Piper has had cancer since she  was 13. Piper doesn't have hope anymore because she has been their so long. She was the popular girl in her middle school, so when everyone heard the news they felt bad for her and started visiting her but then they all stoped except for her older brother Jentzen and her best friend Sophie.  Lev is very rich and one day,Lev passed out one day in school and they took him to an ambulance and the doctors told his parents that he had cancer. His parents then went inside of his room crying he was confused why so he asked them why and he got told that he had cancer he was so scared to die. After his parents told his twin sister Emily, Emily was sad to lose her twin brother so she stayed by his side the whole time. One night when Lev has enough of all of the procedures he tried to escape but when he did he met her....
