The Hollow of Me

I don't know how it happened or when. The emptiness would feel like a matter of days but when I finally dragged myself out of the icy water of my despair and looked at a calendar I'd find a whole month had passed. It went on like that. Fleeting moments of clarity exchanged for hazy days of gray in the blink of an eye.
I think that's how I got to where I was. Drifting away, dark road flying by, and every turn coming too quickly. I think that's how I died.

Cameron Evans only wanted to be normal but she'd come to terms with the fact that she never would be long before she met Ronan Stone. After an incident lands her in a psychiatric hospital she spends her days trying to heal what never should have been broken but after a run in with the deeply unsettled patient shes left trying to piece together someone else's broken soul as well.
Put on a path she never saw coming, Cameron tries to navigate as best she can in the darkness of the soul she's fallen for. It quickly becomes evident though, she may not ever make it back out.
