Location 2 is the first containment location situated in the UK. These Locations are used for Project OPPC- Over Powered Person Containment, to assist the code red classified problem in the UK and the US regarding children being born with unnatural abilities with combat, general strength and agility. There are 7 victims who are all as of this year over the age of 16. Some of these cases are more severe then the others, as of now there are 2 Red scale threats, 3 Amber scale threats and 2 Green scale threats. We created professionals who trained for over 16 years from ages as young as 4 to become the best in their field. Victims of classified situation are to be treated with caution as even code green victims are a serious danger to anyone in their proximity. The demand for these victims to be monitored and tested became so extreme they went as far as to train children to handle these anomalies. These children are the professionals widely known as the PC squad, short for Power Control Squad, their duty is to test, analyse and interact with the victims and then report all information to Location 1 in the US. Location 1 consists of the victims who's bodys couldn't handle the strength they were born with and became paralysed or brain dead. Only 7 victims survived mentally and physically and they are not to be treated as human anymore, but as a foreign species. I welcome you to Location 2.All Rights Reserved

How does the world work? Well, some people are strong, powerful, smart, or manipulative. Some are even all 4! People who can be on top stay on top and they use their gifts to get them there. But some people aren't strong. Some people are weak. Some people are naive or are less than smart. And some, well some are all 4. These people are at the mercy of the world and rarely, if ever, get even a chance to climb to the top. And that is simply how the world works. Now, if enough people band together, they can overthrow those who have the monopoly on power. This happened in the final disc war. But what if it hadn't? Dream had the teens cornered but in this world, no reinforcements arrived. So dream won. And that is simply how the world works. Ok. It's dsmp. Anything already in it may or may not appear in this fic. And if it does, it will be dramatized. This includes self harm, suicide, attempted suicide, drugs, murder, abuse in all forms, gaslighting, starvation, beatings, gore, imprisonment, torture, depression, dark thoughts, dark subjects, non bbh approved language, spoilers for the (early) dsmp, and more. I'm not putting tw in the actual chapters themselves because A) I will definitely forget one at some point and B) it's a huge spoiler to do so. But these themes are throughout the story. The year was 2157 when Earth crumbled and governments fell. Most living things died and their was a silence on earth that was deafening. The first particles of disease fell in North America in the Spring of 2157 and began to scatter and mutate into virus and bacteria. Bombs sailed through cities leveling Government buildings, business and residential. Historians call this period Decay. Ricin poisoning and nerve gases were released. Citizens began to fall ill and die quickly. Later historians found out that a few middle east countries, China and Russia poisoned all food with Ricin. The food was then shipped to US, Canada, UK, many European countries. This period is only known as "Decay' Some humans survived. Either from paranoia or luck, so the stories go. The paranoid ones were waiting for the first signs of a fallout and when it began they hid in their underground 'storage containers'. These were completely sealed once someone closed the door. The doors were automated and within 2 to 5 years depending on the setting chosen the doors would automatically open. The history of the 'lucky ones' is that they knew someone who had a container and welcomed them, or they hid in the container until the family that owned it got in and sealed the door. And hope they would not be killed for trespassing. Now it is 2243. The world has drastically changed. In this world the 'Owners' and 'Potentials' rule the 'communities'. Guards police, keeping communities separated. The Powers rule over what was once called North America now simply called East Nation North (ENN). Superiors handle their community they are assigned to. Under the Powers, Superiors, Water Protectors, Guards, owners and potentials come the animal breeders next on the hierarchy. Then the last three levels don't really matter to anyone. Those are the baby breeders, slaves and throwaways. They have no say in anything.
