Dmitri Caxias, a runaway patient number forty-seven from Stanovoy Mental Facility, was trapped from the incident that happened a decade ago which caused his trauma.

On the night of his escape from the insane asylum, he witnessed a man being murdered on the bridge and he thought how blind justice was; allowing a man to die in a brutal manner without even imprisoning the perpetrator.
