"Welcome to Caffe Relax!" I shout without turning around.

I placed the full tray in my left hand and turn to the door to let my new guests know that we are full at the moment. But as I lifted my gaze, I lose myself in the darkest eyes I've ever seen. I couldn't move nor blink, feeling as if the dark orbs hypnotized me. Capturing me in a daze that forced me to forget everything around me. I allowed myself to get lost in them, drifting off for a second, to a place where only the stranger and I existed. Where there is no past, no future. A place where only this moment with him matters.

A deep voice jerked me out of my dream-like state, and my body flinched. Because of it, the tray in my hand overturned, and hot, dark liquid spilled over my shirt and apron. The loud noise of cups smashing against the red, tiled floor echoed through the room, and all heads turned towards its source.
