All love stories begin with a kiss. This story is no different. When Ellie and Tex kiss--unbeknownst to them--lightning strikes their unsure hearts. Ellie has a decision to make about her fiancé and Tex has to find out if he can ever shake his demons. During the tour of Tex' rock band their affection blossoms but when the tour ends, they reach a fork in the road. Will their love survive the chaos of Los Angeles and the drugs that come with it? 

This book is the first of a three part story. Book 1.2 is a retelling of the first book from Tex' perspective. I recommend reading in this order:
