"8 weeks till the solo addition for Clara in the Nutcracker."

I wrote this for school like 2 years ago and it's not that good so sorry in advance. Also i don't not own the cover photo. There is also a quote from the movie full out (it was apart of the assignment to add a quote to your story)
Another thing i've never done dance before I come from a gymnastics background so if anything doesn't make total sense i'm sorry.

It's Just A Dance
It's just a dance, what could go wrong? I'm doing a good thing, Rubi needs my help and I can't let her down no matter how much it scares me to be a part of a dance that will later be performed at the annual school winter show... I did not come to college for this, but I did come to college to make friends so this is the route I have to take to maintain the friendship I've made with Rubi. Again.. it can't be that bad... I'm not the greatest dancer and Rubi knows that she said she'll partner me up with someone who can lead me the whole way through... if only I'd known that he would lead me in more ways than just a dance and after this, nothing would ever be that same.Complete
