They said I was bad luck. I believed them. My life has always been about survival. Every night, I only had one prayer. To wake up the next day without one of them successfully murdering me. I wanted to have a normal life. I wanted to be normal. But again, I wasn't normal. I knew it, though I hadn't shown any indications of being anything else apart from human.
