Katniss Everdeen is a 16 years old girl. She is broken her father died when she was 11 years old, her mother zoned out, she was bullied in her old school and didn't have any friends. Katniss has an amazing voice. Her mother re-married Patrick Odair. Katniss has 2 older brothers along with her 2 stepbrother and hers little stepsister. One of her stepbrothers is the same age at her and his name is Finnick Odair. They all decide to move to Katniss cousin Clove and her family. There Clove let them meet her friend and Katniss and Finnick get apart of their group The Victors. There is a blonde boy named Peeta Mellark, he and Katniss fall in love but have a hard time telling each other. Katniss meet an old friend there. Finnick also find the love of his love there. All in Katniss family expect Finnick doesn't know Peeta and think that Gale would be so much better for here but Gale already love someone else and Katniss doesn't like him in that way!

"Do you really think I don't," She cried, frustrated at the man's poor timing, "I can't love you Finnick-" "Because you're scared," He retorted loudly, "why are you so scared?" "Why are you so not," Kaianna's voice finally cracked, shocking Finnick to his core. He had never seen the girl cry, and now he was the sole reason for it, "loving you, will only make it harder to let you go." Katniss is homeless. Ever since her family has died, she has struggled to find a job and a way to get money. She doesn't even have relatives. One of her family's old friends, Haymitch, also happens to be a principal at the public school in district twelve. He said he can enroll her for free. Katniss accepts. This way, she can get at least a meal a day, and learn some survival skills. She has never been good at making friends, so she just kind of puts her head down and doesn't talk to anyone. It's clear she's depressed. There's only one person that can cure her. It's one day that Peeta Mellark, the most popular guy at school decides to uncover the mystery named Katniss Everdeen, and changes her life forever. Katniss is a rebel at her old schools but she got kicked out so she has to go to Panem high school where she meets her long lost best friend Finnick when she be-friends his group she meets a blond boy with ocean blue eyes and she falls for him in a heart beat and she thinks she loves him, but what does love feel like? And should she tell him about her dark yet strange past? Peeta easily falls for Katniss he wants to know more about her, her family,her life and he knows she has some secrets. He knows he loves her but he's scared she doesn't feel the same way. (This book has some parts where there is self harm if this is a strong topic for you I suggest you don't read or skip the parts)

Katniss Everdeen has a tough life for a 17 year old. Her father died 2 years ago and her mother supposedly committed suicide because she was devastated. She was left with her 14 year old sister to take care of and with hardly any money and a small house. She has to juggle school, bullying, depression, taking care of Prim and having an abusive boyfriend. Follow her life and her trying to hold on strong. I don't own any of these characters!!! We all know the story of the Mockingjay Rebellion. Sixteen year old Katniss Everdeen volunteers for her twelve year old sister for this event called The Hunger Games where twenty four children fight to the death and only one comes out as victor. A boy named Peeta Mellark was reaped alongside her. These two come out of the games as "Starcrossed Lovers". This caused a few uprisings in some districts. President Snow doesn't want another rebellion so he sends Katniss and Peeta back into the games with other Victors from each district. This causes a whole other war and this time, the districts pull out on top. The Hunger Games are ended and Snow is executed and everyone is safe again. Yeah, let's fast foward about fifty years. My name is Larise Parigood, and the Hunger Games are back. And this time, they're as heart wrenching as ever. Warning: Much Vulgar Language, Profanity, and Uncomfortable Topics.
