"I've, uh, well, I've been pretty low sometimes in my life, and I know you probably don't want me to say this, but-" Jason sighed as if steeling himself to say what he needed to say next, "what I've learned is that you can't try to do it all on your own. You gotta let people help you. You gotta get help if you need it. No shame in it." Jason sighed again. "What I mean to say is, if you need help, I'm here for you, and I hope that's not weird-" Changes come to our life, and somehow we keep moving. Two-and-a-half couples (and one poor innocent bystander) deal with illness and its cure with varying degrees of success, but they all end up all right, I think.
