Vampires have Slayers.
Werewolves have Trackers.
Everything else has a Hunter.

And then there is Elise Bunting.
___________________

Elise Bunting is used to living in a world full of danger. She's fought in battles legends are born from, met creatures from the darkest corners of our world's mythology and kept a demon snake as a pet for the last three years.

Don't even mention how many times she's nearly died.

Yet with all of that in her history, Elise is now facing the most terrifying challenge of her life, and with The Fates hovering around like a bad smell, it isn't something her suddenly sensitive stomach can handle right now. Just like the secrets and lies that seem to follow right behind them.

With the possibility of a Fourth Fate to investigate and the need to work out of an old ally is friend or foe, the odds have never been higher. With so much at risk, will Elise be able to find that happily ever after she's dreamed of or will it just be another nightmare?

The secrets of what she was- of who who she was. Her mother's warnings always loud in her mind, propelling her to care about nothing but survival. And to keep moving was to survive. Until one day she has no where left to run and everything she has been fleeing from swallows her whole. She finds herself held in a cell alongside humans, made to fight or die as if their lives have no worth. Unable to run, she is forced to face 'them' head on for she will never bow to the beings who never belonged on Earth to begin with. To survive in this world she will need to adapt- learning that sometimes those deemed untrustworthy may make powerful allies and those she had given her heart to may have always been the biggest threat of all. 20 parts Complete

Regina has just been chosen to be Keeper of a unicorn. There's only one problem...She can't see them! Make that two problems. She can't get out of it. Regina's tiny village shouldn't be well known. It's about the most avarage "out in the middle of a forest" town you could come by. The thatched houses number to about 75, and there are maybe that many families. Each of which needs a hunter to survive. Nothing special. But the village itself is not what makes it so widely known. It's the local unicorn haven. Nearly every small, innocent, child dreams of becoming a Keeper, a person who watches the unicorns. But run by a group of monks called the Dispatchers, the unicorn haven holds more secrets than anyone in the village suspects. As Regina gets sucked into her new job more and more secrets start coming out. A dark presence makes itself evident on the outskirts of the village. Being now a Keeper, and a tracker, one who protects the village, Regina has to keep up with it all.
