An alternate arc that explores Moon Young's thoughts and feelings -- the inner turmoil that the show didn't give us from this beautiful, complex woman.
For me, Moon Young spent a lot of time chasing after Gang Tae even though he gave out so many mixed signals and blew her off more than once. Surely she was hurt by him? She can't always have been strong and wilful... she's not an empty can, after all.

Kim Seo-yeon was a decorated detective-until the system she served decided she was more useful as a scapegoat. Framed for bribery and cast out without trial or defense, she vanished into Seoul's underworld, her name shattered and her savings gone. Debt crushed what dignity she had left. What remained was survival-and a quiet fury she never voiced. When she steps onto the van for the Squid Game, Seo-yeon doesn't flinch. She doesn't beg. She doesn't even look back. She walks in like she planned it. And someone notices. Hwang In-ho-better known as the Front Man-has overseen the deaths of hundreds. But something about Player 132 haunts him. She doesn't panic like the others. She sees the Games for what they are-and worse, she sees through him. As the Games descend into bloodshed, Seo-yeon's past refuses to stay buried. And when she collapses during the final round, it's In-ho who carries her away-not to her death, but to his private quarters. In a world built on silence, surveillance, and cruelty, two people who were never meant to matter begin to see each other. One is a ghost who used to believe in justice. The other is a warden who forgot what it means to be human. Together, they unearth the one truth the Game fears most: Some people don't break. Some people don't disappear. And some people remember who they are-even when the world tries to erase them.

✦・゜✧・゜✦ - ・゜✧・゜✦ Fractured hearts hidden behind sharp tongues. A girl who fights to be heard. A boy who refuses to break. Two storms colliding where trust feels like a dare. ✦・゜✧・゜✦ - ・゜✧・゜✦ ⸻ Min-hee built her reputation out of noise and defiance - the loud girl with quick comebacks, the one you couldn't humiliate because she'd cut you down first. Su-ho, meanwhile, was the opposite: steady, unreadable, a fighter who always kept his real thoughts behind a wall. When a string of betrayals and violent run-ins at school leaves them both burned, their lives start weaving together in the quietest places - study rooms, late-night walks, bruised knuckles and whispered truths. What begins as an unlikely alliance slowly turns into something else. Su-ho becomes the first person who doesn't flinch when Min-hee shows her cracks, and Min-hee is the first to see the warmth buried under Su-ho's stoic mask. They never set out to fall in love; it grows in the moments between fights, in the jokes after bad days, in the way they keep showing up for each other when everyone else disappears. By the time they realize it, friendship has already turned into something deeper, and neither of them is sure if it's salvation or another kind of risk.
