Alicia Morgan, a frustrated book author finds herself in the other side of the world. Far away from home in order to have some change of environment and find some inner peace. As she stays in Japan, she encounters a guy and befriends him.
The guy, Masahiko Higashi, who happens to be a famous local actor finds Alicia quite interesting. Upon learning the reason why she is in Japan, the fascinated Masahiko, offers her to stay with him for the rest of her vacation days.
Alicia gladly accepted the offer and started living with him, together they learned things about each other and tried to make Alicia's dream to become a best selling author happen. Not until things turned south for both as Masahiko finds himself falling for her in what seems to be an unrequited love.
