This is a series of poems about a woman i was once in love with long ago. Everything was sweet like strawberries at first, but deep down she was just using me as a rebound to get over a broken heart she has. We met in a speech class one semester, I couldn't talk to her, I shyly had someone else to talk to her. long story short, I should have got to know her like should, because she judged me for what had and didn't have. i loved her so much that I knew that she was cheating on me and wanted her to stay, but God removed her out of my life. she done so much wrong to me, but love her even of all her flaws. The Road to Knowing
We get saved and set out on a wonderful road to know our Savior and Creator. Many are there to tell us just what to do. Few are there to tell us how to do it. The road that seemed smooth and wonderful begins to turn rocky and muddy. We bog down, we grow discouraged. The ones who told us what to do disappear and we are left by ourselves wondering what happened to this thing called Christianity that seemed to promise so much. I have been there, been stuck there, wept there, and quit there. When I finally collapsed on that muddy road with no one to help I turned my eyes to the cross and found my Lord and God were there all the time. I pray that the contents of this book will encourage you to seek and to know your Creator and Saviour in a more personal way.Complete
