On the night of October 31, 1994 a girl known as Samantha Marie Lane was born. She wasn't an ordinary girl. She had something inside of her, call it rage, call it anger, call it mystery, even call It death

At the age of ten, Sam's mom and dad disappeared. She was moved to a new family Victoria Fawn was her new sister, She was always at her dark side.

As Sam grew of age, Victoria (Tori) became more frightened of her sister. Every five years Of Sam's birthday,  someone would disappeared it occurred when she was five, ten, fifteen and now twenty.

Sam's twentieth birthday is coming up, so is Halloween. Tori starts to notice that Sam's mysterious birthday is showing. Number twenty will be the worst from what Tori can see.

Tensions rise, leaving her no choice Tori must dig into Sam's past and even Sam's future to find out who Sam really is

He doesn't see the dead, per se, but he's seen enough death in his life to see her point of view. And then the first body is found. Soon enough, Raven is catapulted into Cade's world. There seems to be a serial killer in town, one who has connections to Cade and his father that makes him a suspect in the murders, and Raven has no way to know whether or not he can be trusted at all, given his past and his suspicious parentage. But as the body count climbs, Raven and Cade realize that they might be the only ones with the knowledge to stop the killer, even if they have to embrace their past to do it.
