This is book 4 in an ongoing series of mine. It is highly recommended that you read the entire series first, as you will have no idea what the heck is going on. (It's not a stand-alone series. Everything is connected.) ______ Yuki has completed her Grand Trial and both her and Ash plan to head to Galar to obtain the Rusted Sword and Shield. He's friends with almost everyone in the school, but hold his own secrets no one would expect a bright guy would fake. As these two students go along their day, they don't bother looking at each other when walking past each other in the halls. This makes Rosa the only person he doesn't talk to, due to a complication in their childhood he regrets, thought never mentions it, but Rosa was easy to forgive and forget, yet still prefers to keep herself away from getting hurt again. When learning that Nate never talked to Rosa before, his friends go far and beyond to help their friendship bloom again. But things aren't taken lightly and everyone soon discovered that there was trauma in their past. Our Promise, Our Future
After winning the Kalos League and keeping their promise, Ash and Serena continue their journey together. From new regions, to new Pokemon, to new battles and new experiences. Whatever lies ahead, they don't know, but they will face it together. This is a sequel to my Our Promise one-shot (which you can read if you'd like for some extra exposition but it's not required). I kept looking over it and I saw more potential in it, but instead of going back to that story, I decided to keep it a one-shot and make the sequel a multi-chapter story. I don't know how many chapters I'll write, but I'll try to make it long enough to be considered a good read. I do know that I don't have an uploading schedule, so new chapters will most likely appear at random. I hope you'll all enjoy my first attempt at a multi-chapter Pokemon story. Fair warning though.
