Amy returns home from Europe and finds the family turning on her for cheating on Ty, unfortunately Amy is none the wiser about what there on about, even more confusing is a video that she has no recollection of being in or doing. Later when the truth comes out Amy is mortified. Ty blames her for going when he'd told her he wasn't happy about it, not the Job but the Person she was going with and he didn't trust him, neither did the family except Tim. She'd decided not to go ,but Tim pushed and bullied her until she did go much to Ty's disapproval which put a bigger strain on there relationship when the truth finally comes out on what Amy had been put through unbeknown to her.

This story starts when Amy comes home from Europe, but Amy is not the Amy who left Heartland 4 months ago. This Amy is like the original Amy when she was 15/16, more outspoken, won't be pushed around and she'll stand up for herself which Lou will discover herself. The night of the Party that Ahmed put on showed Ahmed that she had changed. Amy had 4 months with no Family bossing her around or trying to control her, which Lou seemed to enjoy as she was better and smarter than the rest of the family as far as she thought. Tim was the same as Lou , always trying to get Amy to do things for him for nothing even when he knew she was busy. But that wasn't going to happen anymore. Ahmed tried to kiss Amy while at the party but Amy out smarted him and stood up Just as he was about move in which pissed him off. Amy told him off for over stepping there friendship, he wanted her to renew her contract but Amy refused stating that she had her Own Business to get back up and running . The first thing was to tell the family and Ty what Ahmed tried to do .

Ty being completely oblivious to what he's done and the way Blair keeps trying to push Amy away by constantly interrupting anything that Ty and Amy are doing trying to work things out, pushes their relationship to breaking point. Amy was Twenty One years old She took an Interest in Liberty Work 2 years ago, and she's been training Spartan, Ty was fascinated with how she trained Spartan when he decided to come back from his residential University in Saskatchewan during Christmas Semester break. This was the one thing Amy was worried about , that their relationship would suffer, but Ty promised that he'd be back every break to see her and Skype three times a week, it lasted just three months before the Skypes went from 3 a week to once a fortnight and one break for Christmas, after that he never came to see her at all. A year Later a Horse Identical to Spartan turns up and Renard wants Amy to train both as Zephyr can teach her something and Amy has to show him something. Ty has been trying to work up the Courage to ask Amy to Marry him but has he left it too Late, due to his actions they are not in a good place, Months Later Amy is offered a Chance to show her Family what she can do as a trainer not Just a Healer of Horses, by putting on a show to Audition for a Chance to Tour with the Dark Horse Troupe through Canada and then the USA which would be a Two Month Tour around Canada then a one month break before the American Tour which would be for Nine Months. What will Amy do, her Grampa said to her that this was a chance of a Lifetime and not to worry about Heartland as they'll Just buy and breed more Cattle. Of course things take a different turn due to Ty's insecurities and while Amy's in the USA with Dark Horse, Calamity Strikes of Biblical proportions sending the US into turmoil with help being offered from the UK and Europe. Ty can't believe what's happened and for the first time in his life he prays that Amy survived, he knows which City she's in so sets off to find her, hoping that the city still exists.

Amy was in Europe and everything had been going well, she'd hardly seen Ahmed , thankfully. Her and Ty, or rather Ty had been argumentative the last few days when Amy phoned him, but Amy put it down to Ty's nerves due to the Exam's he was probably doing. Three days before Amy was due home, Ty phoned her, once again in an argumentative mood , the call finished with Ty Ending the Engagement and then ending the call. Amy was sobbing when she phoned Lou to tell her. Amy decided to go home early and gave her flight Number and Times of Take off and Landing to lou who said she'd be there to pick her up. Unfortunately Amy Never Arrived.
