After Joseph, a man who lives alone near the edge of the woods goes missing without a trace, detective Jeevan is called to investigate. What's oddly disturbing is that a year earlier Sam, a 4-year-old also went missing.  Even stranger still, Joseph's body isn't found and an abundance of money is found in his house. If a burglar broke in why would they leave the money? If Joseph was leaving why didn't he take the money with him? As events begin to unfold in the town of Ventgreen so does the events surrounding Joseph's death.

15 year old Nathan has had a tragic school year. His aunt and uncle died the summer before going into his tenth grade year, his grandma went crazy and just disappears. His dad dies during Christmas break. Nathan is ready for this school year to end, to get out of this slump he's in. Just as summer begins, something mysterious happens. Nathan soon stumbles upon this shadowy man and he doesn't understand why. Before he can solve the mystery, Nathan disappears. It is now up to his little brother Sam and two best friends Jaxon and Liam to him before it's too late. As they dive deeper into solving Nathan's disappearance, they stumble across an even bigger mystery that possibly may tie into Nathan's. Jake, a handsome 19 year old boy who's parents died, so he now lives by himself, met Emily, a 17 year old, goody two shoes girl, who wants nothing to do with her stuck-up parents, and they are now madly in love, but can't physically express themselves to each other until Emily's 18, because of her dad going to rad them out. Emily finally turns 18, and they go camping out in jakes woods. Emily gets taken in the night by a stalker, and Jake comes to the rescue.When Jake goes out to find Emily, the stalker tries to kill Emily and Jake is in hot per suit to find her and make her safe again. When Jake kills the stalker, he ends up killing himself too, and now Emily can only see him in her dreams. Now, she has to handle a lot more than his house and herself while he's gone because of there little camping trip.
