Something catastrophic happens in Ruths life which forces her out of her nice home and life of private school and going out with her rich friends. She's been shipped off to her next legal guardian whom she has never met before and is going into unknown territory. Everyone knows the rich side of LA Beverly Hills and Hollywood but Ruth is going deeper than that. She's going hood side. Staying with her god mother Maria and her family who are very in touch with their Mexican roots she must go to public school where she is sure she is going to he shot. She must give up her taste for fine clothes and expensive accessories and live it rough. But in this neighbourhood people have it out for her and some just have it for her. A pair of fine eyes and a smooth accent makes her realise that things aren't so bad in this hood life...All Rights Reserved
