The zombie apocalypse was real. And it was happening. Why did they think it was just some stupid prank? Why didn't they prepare themselves? And where the hell was Roman's Disney movies!?
  Roman scavenged through the supplies, desperately searching for the only thing that brought him joy in this rotting world.
  "Roman, will you please stop?" Logan growled. "You are messing up the cans that I worked so hard organizing!"
  "Logan, I'm sure he'll put them back once he finds what he's looking for. Right Roman?" Patton asked, trying to keep the two calm.
  "Oh, I'll do it later!" Roman scowled as he flopped onto his back. "Those damn rotters took my Disney movies!"
  "You're insufferable!" Logan spat. "I hope you get eaten by a zombie! Though I'm sure they won't eat your brains since there's nothing in there!"
  "N-Now Logan... Don't say that..." Patton placed a hand on his shoulder, only for it to be shoved off.
  "You know what? I wish I did get eaten by a zombie, then I wouldn't have to deal with you!" Roman spat back. "Now can we just go and get more supplies? I'm tired of being cooped in here with YOU all day!"
  "Uh, y-yeah... I-I guess we c-can..." Patton muttered as he slipped on his bag and held his bat.
  "Break a leg, Roman! Literally!" Logan growled before the door slammed shut.
  Unfortunetly, Roman does break a leg, but instead of being eaten alive, he is rescued. Yeah, Virgil was terrified of humans, but at least he could help this one that had a broken leg.
  Soon, these four would go on terrifying adventures, which will include the following:

[Completed] Sanders Sides human au fanfic. Twin brothers Virgil and Patton Novas have moved around a lot thanks to their father's job. From their father's home country, and their birth place, of Cabo Verde to their mother's country of birth, Ireland. From Ireland to Massachusetts. From Massachusetts to Arizona. After spending several years in a stable environment they're moving again, this time not only are they leaving behind friends but also their mother's grave. Virgil has to convince his twin brother and their dad that, despite his terrible migraines and sometimes crippling anxiety, he won't go down the same road as his mother. On top of having an overprotective family he has to navigate being the new kid in his senior year of high school, making friends, falling in love, and learning how to save a life. How hard can the next nine months be? All he has to do is hold on and convince his new best friend to do the same. I do not own the characters Virgil, Patton, Roman, Remus, Deceit, Remy, or Emile Picani. They belong to the awesome, amazingly talented cinnamon roll that is Thomas Sanders. I also don't like 99% of the music and song lyrics that will make an appearance in this book. I am, however, the proud owner of the hyperactive muse (by the name of Orion who makes an appearance in here) that spawned this story into existence when he was supposed to be helping me work on my other two fan fictions and three original works. Logan and Patton are the parents of the adopted 3 year old twins Remus and Roman. Dean (Deceit) is a single father of adopted 3 year old Virgil, who just moved in to the house across the street. Virgil, though only 3, deals with extreme anxiety, he's a slow learner so he doesn't talk very much and rarely, if not ever, leaves Dean's side and has developed trust issues and PTSD due to the incident that caused them to move in the first place. Unfortunately due to the new circumstances, Dean now has to work so that they can afford to live and is unable to afford for Virgil to go to daycare. Since Patton is a stay at home dad and was very friendly the first time meeting, Dean puts Virgil in his care also hoping that it will help Virgil with his social skills and being around other kids his age. This is based on a role play I did in a Sanders Sides fan group. It is also inspired by the show Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts and a podfic called The Selfish Protector by DragonSaphira Reads. Anyway synopsis: Janus wasn't sure where it had all gone wrong. Everything had been going so well. He'd been getting along better with the ligh- 'other' sides, Roman and Virgil had definitely seemed to be getting used to his presence in videos, and they'd even been inviting him to join in on their famILY traditions. Where had it gone wrong? His snake half. Janus had noticed that he'd been adopting more reptilian traits. Shedding? Fine. A few extra scales? Easy to hide... mostly. But it's become more and more prominent and more and more painful and frustrating to deal with. Janus won't ask for help, fearing the others might start to not trust him again and undo everything he'd worked for. How will this go?
