The year is 2020. Humans have harnessed unique powers of Elements passed down from generations. One of these many groups of people called the Lightning Elementals have been outcasted by those in power. For 150 years these groups of people have been fighting against all other Elemental groups, the main enemy being the Life Elementals. Now, after all this time the power struggle is coming to a close as a certain Lightning Elemental sets his eyes on defeating a mysterious Champion who reigns undefeated and as the strongest fighter in the world.
