By uploading a song he wrote after just having his heart broken, Drew becomes a world famous teenage pop-star. Travelling the world with your family, playing for thousands of fans and having every teenage girl be completely in love with you seems to be all fun and games. It was for him, for a little while. But now Drew wants to remember what it feels like to be a normal teenager again, so he and his family decide to move to the small town of Lakewood where he hopes to escape the crazed fans and just finish his senior year like a normal teenage boy. Small towns tend to be predictable, but what he didn't expect was her.

Megan is considered royalty in Lakewood. Be it for her dad being mayor or her angelic voice that's made her the town's most valued treasure. But everything's changed. After losing her best friend in a tragic accident and disappearing for almost 2 months, Megan is no longer the star she used to be. All her light has gone. Fighting her demons, all she wants to do is finish high school and leave Lakewood. But she can she ever leave behind her past that haunts her in every waking moment?

None of their lives are as perfect as they seem, both of them have secrets they're trying to escape. Maybe they can help each other. Maybe not.

They are Shattered Stars.
