Isa......Dalawa......tatlo..... Tatlong eroplano na ang nakikita kong dumadaan dito sa tapat ng bahay namin. Madalas akong tumambay dito sa labas kasi araw-araw kong bininilang ang bawat eroplanong daraan. Balang araw makakasakay din ako diyan. Balang araw. Sabi nga nila pag may tiyaga may nilaga kaya magsisikap akong maging isang Flight Attendant, babati ng magandang araw sa mga pasehero at magpapaalam yan ang gusto. Pero bakit ko nga ba gustong maging isang flight attendant? Kasi gusto kong malibot ang buong mundo? makapunta sa ibat-ibang bansa? Syempre oo, sino banaman ang hindi? Pero may isang rason kung bakit nais kong makamit iyon. Malaki ang sahod.
Gusto kong iahon sa hirap sina nanay at tatay. Gusto kong mapatayuan sila ng sariling bahay hindi yung sa squatter's area. Hindi ko ikinahihiya na dito ako nakatira kasi dito ko namulat na ang buhay hindi patas. Kung yung iba kakain nalang pagkagising kami hindi kasi kailangan naming kumayod sa murang edad.
Pero pano ko sila iaahon sa hirap kung ayaw nila. Lagi nilang sinasabi saakin na "wag ka ng mag-aral magaasawa ka lang din naman" "walang kwentang mag-aral gastos lang yan" pero pangako makakatapos ako at makakaahon kami sa hirap.

The exit door lead to the back of the building so it was pitch black. I leaned against the wall trying to control myself. Blood was running down my arm and head. My hair was stuck to my face from all the sweat and blood. Everything was spinning around me and the ground seemed like it was shaking. Groaning I sat down and put my head on my knees. He knows who I am. He knows how I look like. He knows where I work so possible knows where I live. I am not safe anymore... no where. While I was in my own world I heard faint sounds behind me but I didn't bother to look or run away. The footsteps got closer and I was pretty sure it was Walker's men. I should run. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. 'No, he didn't'. I was so shocked by the turn of events. Everything was going fine and then suddenly boom, everything turned upside down. I just couldn't believe this. What did he think of himself? 'Leave me alone.' I said firmly but his hold on me was so strong. I was struggling to get out of his bear hold but to no avail. 'Oh!! So, the poor lady thinks that I will leave her alone and just let her go free?' He had that evil laugh and boy, his breath stank. 'Man, you just signed your death warrant and I will do one favour on you.' No one messes with me. 'Ooooh, I am so scared that I almost peed my pants.' Again that idiotic laugh. I counted till 5 and then kicked right in his balls. I turned around and grabbed his hair from roots, jerked them so badly and then gave my hard elbow shot on his chin. Everything happened so fast for one moment he was standing and the other lying on floor wiggling. I charged at him with my cheetah speed, picked up a wooden rod and started hitting him wildly, 'You idiotic stinky breath was trying to steal my backpack. You are so dead.' 'Favour, favour, favour.' He was screaming in pain just after few seconds and was panting hard. I picked my paste from my bag and threw at him, 'Brush your teeth.' I was fuming.
