Izuku has always been a strange child, weirdly ethereal and tangible at the same time. His quirk is fairly average, as well as the rest of his life, and he only wants to live a normal life with his family and best friend. The hero commission have an eye on him though, and they will have him join the Paragon Program, whatever that means.
Or the one where Izuku has a minor gravity quirk and the government thinks it's a good idea to put an ancient evil being into a six year old with a heart of gold.

He was troubled, no matter how much he recall, he couldn't think of any moments that he uttered such name before.. Nor does he remember any moments that his master mentioned such No!
