Hunter Blue. Daughter of racing legend Nelson Blue. On race day at Tallageda, when Hunter was only nine years old she loses her father.

Now she is 17 years old. Her family is welcome on the track at all times for any race. Her name is known by all drivers, all crew chiefs, all of NASCAR. She is at every race every weekend. She studies the tracks like most would study History because that is all she has ever known.

One night while she sits in Joey Logano's Nationwide Pit Box, the number 9 car catches her eye. When the driver of the number 9 begins to take interest in Hunter the budding romance is hard to miss.

As racing season goes on Hunter faces many more challenges and hard times. But what Hunter knows she will always have is those Bristol Nights.
