Crowley is up to something big and he's getting all the recruits he can muster. However, when The Doctor, Amy and Rory have plans to visit Florida for a day off, The TARDIS has some plans of her own. They take an unexpected turn and end up in Baker Street, where they meet Sherlock Holmes and John Watson. But that's not all they have in store for them, because off in London, Dean and Sam Winchester are working hard at tracking a pack of Vamps; or so they thought.
