I Became The Villain's Secretary
After I suddenly died I possessed the body of what I thought was an extra within a novel. From then on my life was mostly calm, though not fulfilling. Until one day I discovered I wasn't just a background figure; instead I was an insignificant character who'd end up being the villainous Grand Duke's secretary, only to die shortly after being near him! But I had no choice, it was too late to change my fate, so I decided to live as obediently as possible under the orders of the sadist villain. But I still had a plan. Even before the female lead makes her appearance, I will try in every way to make the villain a little more normal, or at least ensure that the two do not meet, so that no one will face a harsh death, including me! And then, after the villain doesn't become obsessed with the female lead and becomes more normal, I will be able to resign and live peacefully. So I just cleared all the suspicions he might have about me in order to not incur his wrath and die like in the novel. * * * "I'll give you a choice." The corner of his lips raised crookedly. She felt that the story was calling out to her in weird ways because she kept going back to it, re-reading it multiple times, and feeling the heartbreak and extreme traumatic emotions all over again. Then, one day, she gets into an accident and finds herself in a world she didn't recognise, only to later realise that she may or may not have entered another world - The world she was reading about in the diary!! The world she knows because she has read it multiple times, but also the world she doesn't know because it was supposed to be fiction! Her only consolation was meeting the man she had been crying over for the past year. Would she be able to save the man from his inevitable destiny, or does she have to leave behind the man who made her feel things she didn't know were possible? The story is not edited, so if you see any grammatical mistakes, kindly ignore them. I will edit it once I complete it.
