Luna Nova is 18 years old and a senior at Ashinaka High school. Her step brother, Misaki Yata, is a member of Homra and also very overprotective of her. Meaning he doesn't allow her around them, so none of them have ever met her. When she's kidnapped by a group of thugs as repayment for Homra taking out their operation, she's taken to bar Homra for protection and stays with them for a while so they can keep an eye on her. After a member of Homra is murdered, she becomes the thing they need most of all, someone to comfort and support them. Her kindness and compassion for them gains the attention of the one who is hurting most of all, the red King, Mikoto Suoh. What happens when he meets someone who understands him more than anyone else, maybe even himself. Will he lead himself to his destruction to fulfill his desire to protect and do right by the ones he loves, or will he let someone else protect him for a change.
