"Why do I always get no happiness without losing something?!" I scream hardly caring that I was a mess in front of Mr. Luciano.
"First my best friend died leaving me with her sweet angel. And then the same family that raised me disowned me! Being hurt and bullied. "Don't I deserve to stay happy?" He held me closer hushing me from my cries. I was in the arms of a dangerous business man that I hardly knew and it was wrong but it felt so right. I feel his finger underneath my chin moving me to meet his eyes that softened.
"I will make that idiot pay for it. And as for your family, they lost out on such an amazing woman. You deserve everything that the world can offer you, love." He says standing up and offering out his hand to help me up, though there was so much more meaning to his words and gesture.
"Once everyone knows that you and Storm are with me, they'll never disrespect you again. Make a name for yourself. Take my hand, I'm not here to hurt you." He said softly, though he looked like the most intimidating handsome man and somehow I believed this man whom I hardly knew
