Ten years after the Battle of Exegol, the Jedi order has slowly regrown. And while things are not exactly how they were before the Empire, Rey has recruited many force-sensitive people from all across the galaxy to learn the ways of the force. But, as it seems, as the Jedi are regrowing their order, First Order stragglers have begun to regrow the Sith order. Will Rey's new risen order of Jedi's be enough to stop the Sith? Or will the galaxy fall into the hands or a dark lord yet again?
(this is completely fan-fiction and not canon, this story also contains a Prologue which takes place immediately after the events of The Rise of Skywalker! I'm also going to try to add new chapters as soon as possible!)

*Hearts of the Inquisitors, Episode 1, is the prequel to my original Hearts of the Inquisitors book, which acts as a companion piece to the game Jedi: Fallen Order* Set one year before the events of Fallen Order, the Empire is rising to it's prime, ruthlessly hunting down all remaining Jedi in hordes. As Sidious had informed Dooku long ago, the Bando Gora were a threat to his will which needed to be eliminated. Although Vosa is dead, her vision is not, and now it has been set lose again to infringe upon the Empire. As our tale begins, his new apprentice Cor Shan and the Second Sister are both sent for to solve this problem. Lost Hope
(Book 2) A year has gone by since the First Order failed to get the map that would take them to Luke Skywalker. Kylo Ren has continued to train Zeh Skurn in the ways of the Sith, determined to get revenge on the Resistance and that scavenger Rey. The Knights of Ren have gathered at their base in preparation for the final strike that is to come once Skywalker is killed and Snoke's arrival is nearing. Both Kylo and Skurn are positive they will win this time. However, could they be underestimating the power of the light side? Rey is no longer just a scavenger. This story will actually be made up of several short stories that take place after my re-writing of Star Wars The Last Jedi and will show what characters have been up to in since then. After Crait, the Resistance is all but decimated. It will take time before they regain the strength and numbers to be anything more than an annoyance to the First Order. In the meanwhile, the Force bond between Rey and the new Supreme Leader not only continues but grows. They begin to be able to see one another's surroundings, touch things... and as the bond grows, so does their relationship. Mutual distrust becomes begrudging acceptance. Then a strange sort of friendship. The Remnants of Emperor Palpatine

References to The Rise of Skywalker may ensue in the fanfic. The galaxy's in trouble again. Twenty-four years after the Battle of Exogol, the remnants of the First Order and the Empire have allied themselves with fledgeling sith cults from the corner of the galaxy under the queen of New Alderaan. The Jedi are gone, burned down in the Second Purge by Darth Keera herself, leaving scattered survivors across the galaxy. The New Republic remains tense, anticipating that the Imperial Remnant might make their move. A military ship makes a discovery in the Outer Regions that will change everything- the survival of one of the Skywalkers. The Children of the Stars is a saga examining the story that could follow the sequels. The children of Ben Solo and Rey feature as protagonists alongside the son of Finn and Rose Tico, and the daughter of Poe Dameron and Kaydel Ko Connix. Confronting Fear
"When I offer you my hand again, you'll take it." What if Kylo Ren had been right? What if Rey had taken Kylo Ren's hand when he offered it the second time, deciding her best chance at defeating Palpatine and saving the galaxy was with him? And then there is a certain group of meddling Force Ghosts determined to test them to their fullest. Meanwhile, Finn has a destiny of his own to fulfill chasing visions of his past across the galaxy. Poe buries himself in work as he tries to forget his failures and forge ahead. Leia attempts to cement her legacy and ensure the future of the galaxy. This fanfic explores a different ending to TROS starting at about the halfway point, when Kylo reveals the truth about Rey in the hangar. It will focus mainly on their story but there will be significant plot arcs that focus on Finn, Poe, Leia, and others.
