We all stand out around here not minding that we all have a limited amount of days. No one realizes it. The only time we ever realize it is when we sit around, in a corner, for doing nothing wrong we begin to realize. It's just a devil inside haunting us all that makes us angry, sad, depressed. We feel everything cause something is always haunting us. Our past, the present, and even our future. At one point or another we have ran from it, but why can't we face it. Why can't we truly understand everyone's devil and attack it. My devil is my fear as yours could be the sun, the day, being seen in public. We should just face it and realize that no one is satan and no one ever will be. We all carry out weight and if we can express it to other people may our wings will be shown before our devil. That's what would make a difference in this world. Not hiding the devil, confronting it.

There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. I am putting this out for the whole world to see because I hope everyone will learn from my experience. People can see. We have no excuses to continue living our lives in ignorance. ...WARNING... Ever heard of the saying 'Don't dance with the devil?' Well, you better pray you don't have to Dance with the She Devil. ------------------------------------------------- They say history repeats itself in an endless cycle until humanity learns the lessons being taught. Just like an endless dance; People meet, waltz, fall in love, marry, and then die a tragic death. For thousands of years, humans lived and thrived with the naive belief that they were the only ones who existed. There were humans that did believe and sought to find out the truth. It is rare that a human is aware of the world that lives among them. Silent and ever watching as eternity stretched out before them. ------------------------------------------ UPDATED NOTE: Hey guys, I am so sorry I just disappeared for a while. Life went chaotic so mental stability was not in the plan for a long time. Now, this is going to be going through some adjustments because it has been so long since a lot of the original events that I planned actually happened in my life plus a lot of new ones. I'd Live For You, If Only I Could (Completed)
*Mitch POV* I knew something was wrong when I couldn't breathe. It was in the middle of our social studies lesson for the day, and I tried to take a breath. All that happened was worse suffocation. Being twelve, I didn't handle it well. I opened my mouth to try to speak, but all that came out was an odd sounding croak. My teacher hushed me. But someone sitting next to me looked at me and noticed how pale I looked, or noticed that tears were welling in my eyes and I was drooping. I wrapped my hands around my throat seconds before I blacked out. That was only the first instance. In the time that I was unconscious, my lungs filled with fluid and I almost died. I was out for nearly two days, and my parents really thought that I would die. I vaguely remember hearing my mom crying while I couldn't open my eyes, and my dad telling her that maybe it was just my time and they had to let me go. But then I woke up, and the fluid had been drained from my lungs. I spent a while more in the hospital, and in that time, my parents found out that I had cancer. It had been determined that I probably wouldn't live much longer, maybe three months at the most. The conversation was happening outside my room, where I was supposed to be asleep, but I still heard the whole thing. What I remember most is my mom's sobs.Complete

To survive in this world she will need to adapt- learning that sometimes those deemed untrustworthy may make powerful allies and those she had given her heart to may have always been the biggest threat of all. INCAPABLE - BOOK I: THE FALLEN
ONCE my mom told me that we, as humans, only fear what we do not know and that that is the sole reason for violence. We do not know what is to come of something, so in retaliation we immediately fight it off before we can ever find out; before we can ever see if there is any beauty in it. My mom is gone now. Along with any sanity we as a people have left. The year is 2193, and the world is at war. We, humans, are at war with each other only because of what we are and what we can do. We fear what we do not know, thus all we know is ignorance. The government, our democracy, our people and our world have fallen. Nothing good ever comes from being afraid of the abnormalities of others, especially when those abnormalities are amazing. The truth is, none of us are normal. Everyone's definition of normality is different, making it humanly impossible for anyone to ever accomplish the craved label of "normal". Then again, everything we have grown capable of was once described as humanly impossible. By those standards none of us are human. Not even me.
