We all stand out around here not minding that we all have a limited amount of days. No one realizes it. The only time we ever realize it is when we sit around, in a corner, for doing nothing wrong we begin to realize. It's just a devil inside haunting us all that makes us angry, sad, depressed. We feel everything cause something is always haunting us. Our past, the present, and even our future. At one point or another we have ran from it, but why can't we face it. Why can't we truly understand everyone's devil and attack it. My devil is my fear as yours could be the sun, the day, being seen in public. We should just face it and realize that no one is satan and no one ever will be. We all carry out weight and if we can express it to other people may our wings will be shown before our devil. That's what would make a difference in this world. Not hiding the devil, confronting it.

She pauses and looks at me then puts down my paper and speaks to the crowd "She doesn't remember anything about being alive so she is an oddity and a collectible. Shall we start the biding at 10000 hellions". All the sudden many voices shout out some low deep voices some high voices and some don't even sound like voices just gurgles. The woman who read my paper seems to be able to keep track and calls out the highest bidder. "Do I hear 65000?" Less voices shootout but they're still too many that I can't pick out. I'm being sold? Then again, everything we have grown capable of was once described as humanly impossible. By those standards none of us are human. Not even me. *Mitch POV* I knew something was wrong when I couldn't breathe. It was in the middle of our social studies lesson for the day, and I tried to take a breath. All that happened was worse suffocation. Being twelve, I didn't handle it well. I opened my mouth to try to speak, but all that came out was an odd sounding croak. My teacher hushed me. But someone sitting next to me looked at me and noticed how pale I looked, or noticed that tears were welling in my eyes and I was drooping. I wrapped my hands around my throat seconds before I blacked out. That was only the first instance. In the time that I was unconscious, my lungs filled with fluid and I almost died. I was out for nearly two days, and my parents really thought that I would die. I vaguely remember hearing my mom crying while I couldn't open my eyes, and my dad telling her that maybe it was just my time and they had to let me go. But then I woke up, and the fluid had been drained from my lungs. I spent a while more in the hospital, and in that time, my parents found out that I had cancer. It had been determined that I probably wouldn't live much longer, maybe three months at the most. The conversation was happening outside my room, where I was supposed to be asleep, but I still heard the whole thing. What I remember most is my mom's sobs.
