Life was cruel, but honest. Vicious monsters prowled its wilds, it's highest mountain peeks, and it's deepest oceans, and in the middle of all it, stood one; the leader of the Grimm.

But she does not go on unopposed. Ozpin stands staunchly against her, with allies in many places. He's gone by many names, lived many lives, dedicating each one to the survival and prosperity of the human race.

But what if there was another group? A faction just as vicious as the Grimm, yet fiercely protective of humanity. They murdered, stole, manipulated events, all for the 'greater good'. And for that 'greater good', they stole a baby. They trained them as soon as He could walk and talk, taught in the ways of combat and stealth, philosophy and science.

He would become their most vicious warrior, their wisest scholar. Their most legendary Assassin.
