Very Rough Draft*

During a casual day at school, a sudden zombie outbreak occurs in the small town of Amberley, South Island, New Zealand, causing teachers and students to evacuate immediately. Teachers have gave out an odd stupid plan to set kids up with younger students. Every man for himself, doesn't quite suit the teachers ideas, even if most will die within the first week.

But, being forced to, teachers put together groups of 6, 1 teacher, with a group of kids, and taking 3 JK/SK students with them, from the elementary side of one of the 3 schools that occupy the large vast of land.

When Alex is placed in her group, she knew it was going to be hell. But she doesn't let that overrule her. She knows she must do everything in her will to keep the little ones alive.

When the moment finally comes, teachers and students all split, leaving the schools a ghost town, and everyone for themselves or the dead.

But will their chance increase? Or will their survival be a waste? Who will live? And who will die?

Was it all just a waste of time?

Like the Hunger Games series? Then you'll love ''Man Hunt'' When Alice awakes in a small, bare room with nothing more than a letter, a backpack, a change of clothes and some survival gear, she doesn't know what to expect. She has no recollection of how she got to where she is, or even where she is and she can't help but feel frightened about the whole situation. According to the letter addressed to her name, her parents signed her up for a new televised game show in which twelve teenagers will be split into two equal teams. The teenagers will then take part in a slightly modified version of a childhood game they are all quite familiar with for the chance to win a sum of €1,000,000 for every member of the winning team. When Alice meets the rest of her group, they soon realise that they are stranded on an island and they have no other option but to cooperate. They quickly find the instructions and map their team has been supplied with and are forced to begin a game which they fear is darker than it may seem. The twelve teenagers can't be any more different, however they must push their divergence aside and hope that they have what it takes to win the game and return home with the money that could change their lives forever. In a tale of adventure, action and deceit; do Alice and her team have what it takes to leave the island as champions or is there a more sinister fate in store for them? Is this really just a game as their letters describe, or are there darker forces at work behind closed doors?

BOOK ONE || the Oblivion's Embrace saga... three friends stuck within a zombie apocalypse at school. What else could go wrong? Tom, Lucy, and Jace found themselves in the middle of an apocalypse. The world as they knew it had come to an end, and they were the only ones left alive in their small town. They had to rely on each other to survive. Tom had strength, and when there was a battled he'd be there. He knew how to fight. He had weapons and supplies stashed away in his basement, and he was determined to defend himself and his new friends from the dangers outside. Lucy was a girl who saw the best in things, and she always knew how to care for people. She used her medical knowledge to tend to Jace's wounds when he was injured, and she helped Tom when he fell ill. She was the glue that held the group together. Jace was a person who knew where his morals were. He'd stand and fight as well as heal the wounded. He knew how to find information. He scoured the abandoned town for books and maps, and he used his knowledge to help the group navigate the dangerous terrain. He was also a skilled storyteller, and he kept their spirits up with tales of adventure and heroism. Together, the three of them set out to find other survivors. They travelled through the ruins of their town, avoiding the infected and the raiders who roamed the streets. They encountered many dangers along the way, but they never gave up hope.
