Exactly one year after the battle of New York, Thor Odinson returns to Midgard to bear alarming news to the Avengers. The Allfather has decreed that Loki Laufeyson will be banished to Earth and either live in solitude, or join the Earth's mightiest heroes. Reluctantly, Loki agrees to join the Avengers, but then he meets a girl with skin as dark as night, and eyes as blue as the ocean. Maybe Loki's ice cold heart could melt after all.
