Mary Ripley has the gift of clairvoyance - in fact, she might be the strongest clairvoyant in existence. But not many people believe that she is anything more than a wannabe medium. Two who have lived in the house have been committed because they mutter about demons and have violent tendencies. Three other people who have lived in the house are dead. One shot himself.
